Jean-Paul Saman 8091b5bfd2 Remove osdmenu configurations minimal and dvd pictures. Osdmenu 'dvd' configuration is the same as 'default' configuration and 'minimal' is just a simple example. The 'default' configuration is descriptive enough in combination with doxygen comments.		18 years ago
