Philippe Mathieu-Daudé a9edda7250 monitor: Reduce target-specific declarations Some declarations do not depend on target-specific types, move them out of "monitor/hmp-target.h" to "monitor/hmp.h". Commit `409e9f7131` ("mos6522: add "info via" HMP command for debugging") declared hmp_info_via() is declared twice.
