Markus Armbruster	d645427057	Include migration/vmstate.h less In my "build everything" tree, changing migration/vmstate.h triggers a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h). hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers include it just to get VMStateDescription. The previous commit made that unnecessary. Include migration/vmstate.h only where it's still needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 1600 objects. Halil Pasic	59046ec29a	migration: consolidate VMStateField.start The member VMStateField.start is used for two things, partial data migration for VBUFFER data (basically provide migration for a sub-buffer) and for locating next in QTAILQ. The implementation of the VBUFFER feature is broken when VMSTATE_ALLOC is used. This however goes unnoticed because actually partial migration for VBUFFER is not used at all. Let's consolidate the usage of VMStateField.start by removing support for partial migration for VBUFFER. Once there, there were lots of cases where the ".fields" indentation was wrong: .fields = (VMStateField []) { and .fields = (VMStateField []) { Change all the combinations to: .fields = (VMStateField[]){ The biggest problem (apart from aesthetics) was that checkpatch complained when we copy&pasted the code from one place to another. Beniamino Galvani	c4e57af852	util/fifo8: implement push/pop of multiple bytes The patch adds functions fifo8_push_all() and fifo8_pop_buf() which can be used respectively to push the content of a memory buffer to the fifo and to pop multiple bytes obtaining a pointer to the fifo backing buffer. In addition, it implements fifo8_num_free() and fifo8_num_used() which allow to check if a multi-byte operation can be performed.
