Many tests (that do not support generic protocols) can run just fine
with FUSE-exported images, so allow them to. Note that this is no
attempt at being definitely complete. There are some tests that might
be modified to run on FUSE, but this patch still skips them. This patch
only tries to pick the rather low-hanging fruits.
Note that 221 and 250 only pass when .lseek is correctly implemented,
which is only possible with a libfuse that is 3.8 or newer.

It is possible to enable only a subset of the block drivers with the
"--block-drv-rw-whitelist" option of the "configure" script. All other
drivers are marked as unusable (or only included as read-only with the
"--block-drv-ro-whitelist" option). If an iotest is now using such a
disabled block driver, it is failing - which is bad, since at least the
tests in the "auto" group should be able to deal with this situation.
Thus let's introduce a "_require_drivers" function that can be used by
the shell tests to check for the availability of certain drivers first,
and marks the test as "not run" if one of the drivers is missing.
This patch mainly targets the test in the "auto" group which should
never fail in such a case, but also improves some of the other tests
along the way. Note that we also assume that the "qcow2" and "file"
drivers are always available - otherwise it does not make sense to
run "make check-block" at all (which only tests with qcow2 by default).

A lot of tests run fine on FreeBSD and macOS, too - the limitation
to Linux here was likely just copied-and-pasted from other tests.
Thus remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from tests that run
successful in our CI pipelines on FreeBSD and macOS.

Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.

The tests 033, 140, 145 and 157 were all broken
when run with LUKS, since they did not correctly use
the required image opts args syntax to specify the
decryption secret. Further, the 120 test simply does
not make sense to run with luks, as the scenario
exercised is not relevant.
The test 181 was broken when run with LUKS because
it didn't take account of fact that $TEST_IMG was
already in image opts syntax. The launch_qemu
helper also didn't register the secret object
providing the LUKS password.

This adds tests for overriding the qemu-internal BDRV_O_PROTOCOL flag by
explicitly specifying a block driver. As one test must be run over the
NBD protocol while the other must not, this patch adds two separate
iotests.

In preparation to possible automatic regression and performance
testing for the block layer I found that the iotests don't work
for all protocols anymore.
In commit 1f7bf7d0 I started to change supported protocols from
generic to file for various tests. Unfortunately, some tests
added in the meantime again carry generic protocol altough they
can only work with file because they require local file access.
The other way around for some tests that only support file I added
NFS protocol after confirming they work.

protocol other than file:
- the tests use rm, cp or mv shell commands which only work on file
- the tests use qcow2.py
- the images construct new filenames (e.g. backing file names) and
the logic is broken for anything else than file
