Rather than compiling the same content for all targets (unused
most of the time, i.e. qemu-system-avr ...), extract the non
x86 specific parts to a stub file and build it once for all
non-x86 targets.
Add a Kconfig symbol to only select the target-specific file
with the x86 target (rename this file with '-x86' suffix).
Since Kconfig symbols aren't evaluated for user emulation,
the file unit is only built for system emulation.

calling it would be a programming error, so abort.

create_win_dump() and write_run report qemu_write_full() failure to
their callers as

The errno set by qemu_write_full() is lost.
Improve this to

To make dump.c less target dependent, move the TARGET_X86_64 #ifdef'ry
from dump.c to win_dump.c (introducing a win_dump_available() method
there). By doing so we can build win_dump.c on any target, and

When number of CPUs utilized by guest Windows is less than defined in
QEMU (i.e., desktop versions of Windows severely limits number of CPU
sockets), patch_and_save_context routine accesses non-existent PRCB and
fails. So, limit number of processed PRCBs by NumberProcessors taken
from guest Windows driver.

Before this patch, 'dump-guest-memory -w' was accepting only 64-bit
dump header provided by guest through vmcoreinfo and thus was unable
to produce 32-bit guest Windows dump. So, add 32-bit guest Windows

In my "build everything" tree, changing sysemu/sysemu.h triggers a
recompile of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Almost a third of its inclusions are actually superfluous. Delete
them. Downgrade two more to qapi/qapi-types-run-state.h, and move one
from char/serial.h to char/serial.c.
hw/semihosting/config.c, monitor/monitor.c, qdev-monitor.c, and
stubs/semihost.c define variables declared in sysemu/sysemu.h without
including it. The compiler is cool with that, but include it anyway.
This doesn't reduce actual use much, as it's still included into
widely included headers. The next commit will tackle that.

We should map and use guest memory run by parts if it can't be mapped as

Unlike dying Windows, live system memory doesn't contain
correct register contexts. But they can be populated with QEMU register
values.
After this patch, QEMU will be able to produce guest Windows live system
dump.

KdDebuggerDataBlock may be encrypted in guest memory and dump will be
useless in this case. But guest driver can obtain decrypted KDBG and
expose its address through BugcheckParameter1 field in raw header.
After this patch, QEMU will be able to use fallback KdDebuggerDataBlock.

We use CPU #0 to access guest virtual memory, but it can execute user
thread at that moment. So, switch CR3 to PageDirectoryBase from header
and restore original value at the end.

This patch adds Windows crashdumping feature. Now QEMU can produce ELF-dump
containing Windows crashdump header, which can help to convert to a valid
WinDbg-understandable crashdump file, or immediately create such file.
The crashdump will be obtained by joining physical memory dump and 8K header
exposed through vmcoreinfo/fw_cfg device by guest driver at BSOD time. Option
'-w' was added to dump-guest-memory command. At the moment, only x64
configuration is supported.
