Nicholas Piggin	9cbbe72924	ppc/pnv: Update skiboot to 7.1-106 This skiboot firmware importantly contains updates for HOMER/OCC bugs. These subsystems have bitrotted in QEMU and skiboot and this update allows new QEMU models to be exercised. Power11 support is also added. Importantly there is a change for QEMU platforms to permit the ChipTOD to be initialised if it is present in the device tree. This will facilitate ChipTOD enablement in pnv. CHIPTOD: Unknown TOD type ! CHIPTOD: Failed ChipTOD detection ! Aborting! With v6.4 we can boot both a Power8 and Power9 powernv machine.
