hw/arm: Add missing dependencies for STM32F405 SoC

The STM32F405 SoC relies on STM32F2xx peripherals (ADC, SPI, TIMER, USART) and the unimplemented device (UNIMP). However, they are not selected in Kconfig. This added these dependencies.
