* sysdeps/generic/bits/in.h
	(IMPLINK_IP, IMPLINK_LOWEXPER, IMPLINK_HIGHEXPER): Macros removed.
	These are long obsolete in BSD systems where they originated.
	* conform/data/netinet/in.h-data: Remove `allow IMPLINK_*'
