This is a major update of gp-display-html. The option handling has been modified to support the GNU style long option syntax. Compatibility with the previous syntax has been preserved. If still used, a warning is issued. Through the --nowarnings option, this can be suppressed. In addition to this, various lay-out changes have been implemented. In particular to reduce the number of lines that extend beyond column 79.
