Get rid of debugify crud. * serial.c: Remove debugify cruft. * (serial_logchar serial_log_command serial_write serial_readchar serial_send_break serial_close): Merge common functionality into serial_logchar. Clean up rest of routines. * sparclet-rom.c: Disembowel. Leave only download routine. Download routine now switches to remote target automatically. * top.c (disconnect): Only define if SIGHUP is defined.
