There is a log discussion copied into PR 15966 about how this is not
handled consistently across all targets and we ought to clean it up
a bit. I'm not tackling the general for this PR, though.
D10V_CONVERT_DADDR_TO_RAW): Define.

saved pc. Real hardware does this for you.
* sh3-rom.c (sh3_load): New routine. Sets up for download then
calls generic S-record loader.

* monitor.c: Cleanup regexp compilation stuff to make it easier
