parameter, a format, and an arg pointer, and rename it to
vfinfo(). Write info() in terms of new vfinfo().
New einfo() is the same as info(), except it writes to stderr.
* ldemul.c, ldexp.c, ldlang.c, ldlnk960.c, ldmain.c, ldwrite.c,
ldmisc.c: Replace "error" calls to info() by new einfo().
