Add `set' and `show' commands for it. * doc/gdb.texinfo: Document it. * eval.c: Avoid residue-by-zero when evaluating without side effects. Support baud rate setting and try for an 8-bit path. If interrupted while waiting for target, send a ^C down the wire.
