legacy_get_prev_frame. Simplify unwind code using assumption that
the unwinder is new.
(legacy_get_prev_frame): Handle legacy sentinel frame unwind here.
(legacy_frame_p): When no gdbarch_unwind_dummy_id, or
SAVED_DUMMY_FRAME_TOS, assume a legacy frame.
