Allocate a nop at the end of the PLT. Allocate DT_MIPS_PLTGOT. (mips_elf_create_la25_stub_info): New function. (_bfd_mips_elf_finish_dynamic_symbol): Write out PLT entries and copy relocs where necessary. Check pointer_equality_needed. (mips_finish_exec_plt): New function.
