Add support for SSE registers in ELF core files.

* elf.c (elfcore_make_note_pseudosection): New function.
(elfcore_grok_prfpreg): Use it.
(elfcore_grok_prxfpreg): New function.
(elfcore_grok_note): Recognize Linux NT_PRXFPREG notes.
