* dcache.c (dcache_write_line): Fix typo.

* memattr.c (delete_mem_region): Replace free() with xfree().
(mem_number): Add explicit type.

* sol-thread.c (sol_thread_xfer_memory): Add attrib argument.
(rw_common): Likewise.
