* dbxread.c, dwarfread.c: Re-enable experimental code to 

automatically select demangling style.
	* demangle.c (DEFAULT_DEMANGLING_STYLE):  Rename from simply
	DEMANGLING_STYLE, to make more descriptive.  Revert back to
	"auto" as default.  Comment use.
	* Makefile.in (DEMANGLING_STYLE, DEMANGLE_OPTS):  Remove.
	* Makefile.in (${DEMANGLER}.o) Remove target and special
	compilation rule.
