* config/i386/tm-i386.h: Delete file.
	* config/i386/tm-vxworks.h: Update copyright, do not include
	"tm-i386.h".
	* config/i386/tm-nto.h, config/i386/tm-linux.h: Ditto.
	* config/i386/tm-i386sol2.h, config/i386/tm-i386lynx.h: Ditto.
	* config/i386/tm-go32.h, config/i386/tm-cygwin.h: Ditto.
	* config/i386/ncr3000.mt (TM_FILE): Delete.
	* config/i386/interix.mt (TM_FILE): Delete.
	* config/i386/i386v.mt (TM_FILE): Delete.
