testsuite: Also discard the `.MIPS.options' section

Also discard the `.MIPS.options' section, used with n64 MIPS binaries,
along with similar other MIPS sections (`.reginfo', `.MIPS.abiflags')
not relevant for the test cases concerned, fixing these regressions:
