* target.h (PC_REQUIRES_RUN_BEFORE_USE): Delete definition.
	* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (DEPRECATED_PC_REQUIRES_RUN_BEFORE_USE):
	Rename PC_REQUIRES_RUN_BEFORE_USE.
	* breakpoint.c (breakpoint_sals_to_pc): Update.  Wrap reference in
	#ifdef.
