* configure.in (hppa-*-mpeix*): New target.
	* config/obj-som.h (obj_som_compiler): Declare.
	* config/obj-som.c (compiler_seen): New static variable.
	(obj_som_compiler): New function.
	* config/tc-hppa.c: Update tc_data uses for change to bfd/som.h.
 	(md_pseudo_table): Add "compiler" if OBJ_SOM.
	(pa_type_args): Set hppa_priv_level.
	(pa_compiler): New static function if OBJ_SOM.
	* configure: Rebuild.
